Team design competition for City of Chattanooga Low Impact Design Challenge.  Design process included research and analysis of region, historical context, climatic concerns and natural patterns, market and urbanism within the context of the City's mandate for reducing the impact of stormwater events on infrastructure.  In collaboration with Koons Environmental Design (landscape architecture) and EcoWise (civil engineering).
